Masamune-kun’s Revenge R Postponed Due To Impacts Of COVID-19
Scheduling for another series has been impacted by COVID-19.

Following Masamune Makabe, a former overweight and unpopular boy, transforms himself into a handsome and popular high school student with the goal of seeking revenge on Aki Adagaki, the girl who once rejected him.
The Masamune-kun’s Revenge R Production Committee announced today that unfortunately, due to the impacts of the rapid spread of COVID-19, Masamune-kun’s Revenge R premiere date will be postponed until July.

The statement in the tweet read:
"Thank you for your continued support of the TV anime 'Masamune-kun's Revenge R'. Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we have decided to review the production progress schedule and change the start time of the TV anime broadcast.”
[Before change] Start broadcasting from April 2023
[After change] Scheduled to start broadcasting from July 2023
The statement further read:
"When the future broadcast date and time are decided, we will inform you on the official website and Twitter. We apologize .
We will continue to produce better works while considering the safety of our staff, so please continue to support us.”
